AI and jobs—the battle of the equals

Both the parties are happy. The battle of equals.

The HR uses AI to write the job description.

Candidates uses AI generated resume.

The manager hires or rejects.

If they hire, the organization *pays* for it.

The battle of equals.

Even in the 1990s and early 2000s when there was no social media, the hiring managers knew how to write a job description for the people they wanted to hire.

Now since many of them cannot write it by their own (neither the skills nor the intention), they use AI and often hire the wrong people. To get back by the same coin, the candidates using AI to write their resumes completes the cycle.

Both the parties are happy.

Because both are unaware.

The battle of equals.
